Every Tuesday night at our house, we have tacos. We have had fish tacos, beef tacos, and even chicken chimichangas. Silas, however, has his own set of taco rules. He stuffs his crunchy shells with rice or cous cous, then strawberries and tops it all off with shredded cheese. He will sometimes add avocado and tortilla chips to this combination. Maybe he’s a food genius.
